Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Sales Support professional to
assist partners and loan officers in developing complete loan
application files.
Key Responsibilities
Review and organize incoming loan application packages for
completeness and compliance
Communicate with borrowers and partners to gather necessary
documents and submit complete files
Update and maintain records in the Loan Organization System (LOS)
and ensure timely follow-ups
Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of mortgage experience preferred
Must be able to work West Coast hours
Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn new
software
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
