Job Description:
A company is looking for a People & Compliance Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular compliance audits of employee personnel files to
ensure adherence to regulations
Maintain benefits compliance by partnering with payroll and
benefits teams on regulatory requirements
Support immigration compliance by managing work authorization
documentation and maintaining records
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience with federal, state, and local employment
laws and regulations
5-7 years of experience conducting audits of employee records for
compliance
Ability to collaborate with third-party vendors on
compliance-related services
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Experience with G-suite applications
