A company is looking for an Online Adjunct Faculty in Graduate
Organizational Leadership, Law, and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize student engagement by responding to inquiries and
providing additional support as needed
Share expertise and resources to enhance student understanding of
course content
Offer feedback and assessment to promote student growth and mastery
of course outcomes
Required Qualifications
Doctorate in Human Resources or a related field from a regionally
accredited institution
3 years or more of professional experience in Employment Law or
Human Resource Management
Experience with online teaching and course content delivery
Ability to engage students in an asynchronous learning
environment
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning
atmosphere
