Requirements: Previous experience in a caregiving role is
preferred, but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks and
provide personal care. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. High school diploma
or equivalent. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks,
including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide
companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with
mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to ensure client
safety. Help clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
duties. Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or
needs to the appropriate supervisor or family member. Ensure a
