Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Outbound Sales
Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell
services
Make outbound calls to potential residential customers to present
communication packages
Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer
data into the SalesForce system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is
preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and
close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training is
required
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
