Job Description:

Sales Administrator Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish Responsibilities Process orders via email and/or phone Check data accuracy in quotes, orders, and invoices Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update sales and customer records Communicate important feedback from customers internally Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations Stay up-to-date with new products and features Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A team player with a high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Certification in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, OneNote Organized Bilingual in English Spanish$24/hourHealth BenefitsPTO24-hours of sick pay per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 per hourBenefits: Health insurance Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Santee, CA 92071: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Spanish: 2 years (Preferred) Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
