Job Description:
Well established supplier located in San Diego (Sorrento Valley)
is growing and adding a Customer Service Representative to their
team. This is a full time permanent position with benefits!-- -In
this role you will help customers both over the phone and in
person. Will assist with finding product, answer questions and
provide a great customer experience.-- -Looking for someone who is
friendly and has a great attitude and eager to help customers.--
-Hours : Monday -Friday-- - 6 am to 3 pmPay Range: $20-22/hr.--
-Duties:-- ------ - Greet customers in a friendly manner to
determine problems, orders or other reason for calling. Great
listening skills needed-- - to hear how you can help.----- -Ability
to know when to forward a customer--------s questions on to
appropriate Sales staff for additional product and sales
information.----- - Take orders at the sales counter and or over
the phone.----- - Ability to use computer system for order
entry.----- - Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.----- -
Learn about product to build knowledge to assist with customers
with purchases.----- - Ensure showroom is clean and properly
stocked.Requirements:-- ------ - High school diploma or GED
equivalent.----- - Ability to self -manage, show initiative and be
comfortable working with the public----- - Be a team player,
demonstrate attention to detail and have good organizational
skills.----- - Bilingual communication skills in English/Spanish is
a plus----- - Great computer skills----- - Must be able to remain
at a desk position for 70% of the time----- - Occasionally, will
move about inside the office to access files, use printers or
office machinery, etc.----- - Must be able to operate basic office
equipment, printer, fax, shredder, etc.----- --- - Able to
communicate with the team and management and be able to provide
detailed and accurate information in these situations.----- -
Comfortable working in an office setting.The primary function of
customer service representative is to provide exceptional customer
service to all customer andemployees. The ideal candidate should
thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training on product
knowledge of buildingmaterials for the drywall industry will be
provided.Duties & Responsibilities:----- - Ensure over the phone,
face to face and or written communications with customers

practices.----- - Greet customers warmly and determine problems,
orders or other reason for calling.----- - Ability to ascertain
when to pass on a customer--------s questions to appropriate sales
staff for additional product and salesinformation.----- - Take
orders at the sales counter and or over the phone.----- - Ability
to use company computer systems for order entry.----- - Complete
sales orders and tender cash sales.----- - Develop product
knowledge to assist customers with purchases.----- - Ensure
