Job Description:
A company is looking for a FOIA Analyst to provide support in
processing FOIA requests and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the ICE FOIA processing platform and create FOIA case
files
Analyze FOIA subject matter, develop recommendations, and prepare
briefings for management
Maintain a database of FOIA requests and ensure quality control of
documents before submission
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in FOIA protocols and federal
policy
Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a
degree
Proficient knowledge of FOIA laws, regulations, and exemptions
Ability to use electronic tracking systems for managing FOIA
requests
Must be Security Clearance eligible and a U.S. Citizen
