Job Description:

ABS Kids seeks Behavior Technicians to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this role, you will help children learn new skills, work on goals that shape challenging behaviors into communication skills, and make a positive difference in their lives.

• Generous hourly rate of $20.00 - $25.00, with a premium pay of an additional $2.00/hour for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3:00 pm.
• Increase for RBT certification, paid drive time/mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) plus company match.

  • Ability to constantly get up and down off the floor and move quickly with tech savvy skills, comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
