Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, talented individual to join our construction company as a Framing Foreman. As part of our team, you lead crews in the completion of various tasks on construction sites, always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. You coordinate tasks for your crews according to current project needs, produce schedules for crew members, and supervise the use of machinery. In some cases, you may need to train crew members on safe equipment use. Our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in multi-family construction projects. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES? Ability to read structural & architectural plans/drawings and frame project per those plans.? Ability to lay out walls, cut a roof, able to cut stairs.? Inspect and verify quality and correctness of all materials used during construction.? Proper and safe use of all tools needed for project.? Interact with other employees and contractors in a professional manner.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS? 5+ years of construction and framing experience.? Understanding of lumber, ability to distinguish quality of materials.? Complete understanding of basic building tools.? Ability to perform high quality work within assigned deadlines.? Must have driver's license and reliable transportation to/from job site each day.? Ability to work Monday through Friday with regular, timely attendance.? Willing to work at various job sites in a day or week.

Be able to comfortably climb ladders and be on the roof of 1-2 story buildings.? Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.? Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.? Be able to lift at least 90 pounds of weight throughout assigned workday.
