Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Officer, Economic
Empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of training and technical assistance materials
for Economic Empowerment programs
Provide consultation and guidance for program implementation and
improvement
Ensure evidence-based methodologies and monitor key indicators for
economic wellbeing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Community Development, or
related fields, or equivalent work experience
Approved financial coach trainer by CNM Ingenuity
Minimum of four years of experience in economic programming at the
community level
Expertise in program design, monitoring, and evaluation
Understanding of financial education and related programs for
low-income immigrant and refugee communities
