Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resource Coordinator to support
diverse member needs in caregiving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an interdisciplinary caseload for pediatric, adult, and
education members
Process and fulfill requests for high-quality resources and conduct
phone interviews to gather information
Conduct web research and collaborate with team members to ensure
seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or
equivalent
Undergraduate education or health professional certification is
desired
5 years of experience in case management, social services, or the
medical/healthcare field
Adept at using computer systems and communication applications
Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred
