A company is looking for a Property Field Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex Homeowner's
Claims
Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex
claims files
Creates comprehensive estimates of damages for complex first-party
homeowner claims
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
Ability to write estimates up to $150K
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of degree
