Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist II;
Collections & Special Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outstanding claim balances and patient accounts with complex
issues across various payers
Conduct root cause analysis on unpaid and underpaid insurance
claims and perform follow-ups
Resolve issues related to patient benefits, including demographic
discrepancies and insurance eligibility
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel,
PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a
focus on collections
Ability to confidently communicate with payers, clinics, and
patients via phone
Experience in obtaining insurance authorizations and understanding
coordination of benefits is preferred
