Job Description:
A company is looking for a Player Experience Researcher who will
focus on insights and player strategy to guide game
development.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with game teams to align research with franchise goals
and strategies
Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence
franchise direction
Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and
leadership, empowering data-informed decisions
Required Qualifications:
Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data
Science, HCI) or equivalent industry experience
Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery
3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across
platforms
Team-oriented and collaborative, comfortable working across time
zones and remotely
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods
