Job Description:
A company is looking for a Posting Operations Associate to
ensure accurate processing of financial transactions and improve
posting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and trends for
stakeholders
Design automated solutions to enhance workflows and reduce manual
tasks
Lead initiatives to improve client and operational outcomes while
incorporating customer feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies preferred
SQL experience preferred
