A company is looking for a Bilingual Health Care Customer
Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment
issues
Respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner and follow
client-specific protocols
Monitor payment arrangements and ensure compliance with applicable
laws
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service
role
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare
insurance preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and
weekends
Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual
calls
