Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure commitments are
met
Review and interpret medical records and complete financial
calculations
Document claim determinations and communicate decisions effectively
to customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of disability claims experience
Strong knowledge of disability and leave laws and regulations
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Exceptional customer service skills
