Job Description:
A company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to support various
design initiatives in a part-time, remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows to ensure project
alignment with industry standards
Facilitate integration between architectural, structural, and MEP
models, resolving conflicts for project accuracy
Conduct regular model audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and
compliance with project requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related
field
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the AEC
industry
Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other
BIM-related software
Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination
techniques
