Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Planner to manage marketing
field events and company-wide trips.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute in-person sponsored and owned events, including
logistics and vendor coordination
Develop marketing strategies to promote events and maximize
attendance
Organize two large-scale internal company events each year,
managing all related details and budgets
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in event marketing or corporate event
planning
Strong knowledge of event marketing strategies and audience
engagement
Experience managing event logistics, budgets, and vendor
relationships
Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
