Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Specialist to support
compensation programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the salary survey submission process and prepare
compensation profiles for analysis
Analyze salary survey results to assess market competitiveness and
make recommendations
Conduct job evaluations and maintain the annual compensation
calendar in collaboration with the compensation team
Required Qualifications
BS Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant
discipline
Ability to manage projects of varying complexity
Strong Excel skills
Highly analytical with the ability to leverage and analyze data
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation or financial
analysis is preferred
