Job Description:
A company is looking for an I-ERP Organizational Change
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Org CM participation in the Agile framework and ensure
representation in key activities
Administer learning management tools and develop training materials
for SAP S/4 HANA implementation
Develop and execute Org CM plans, lead user experience improvement
activities, and liaise with various teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems
Background in organizational change management or related field
Proficiency in learning management tools such as Enable Now and
WalkMe
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in developing communication and training materials
