A company is looking for a Senior Policy Processing
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop operational policies and procedures to enhance business
performance
Manage resources and monitor operational performance to meet
business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 5 years of
related experience; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD
without experience; or equivalent work experience
Preferred certifications include Certified Operations Manager (COM)
or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and Operations Management
Familiarity with Lean Tools and Techniques, Automation, and Agile
Methodology
Experience in Policy Formulation and Operational Governance
