Commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Drive discovery, alignment, and quality for the Commerce experience
across teams
Co-create a shared vision and roadmap for the future of Commerce
tools with product management and engineering
Conduct research to build use cases, customer journeys, and visual
designs in collaboration with the Principal User Researcher
Required Qualifications
Strong experience delivering successful products for B2B and B2C
experiences
Demonstrable high-quality design projects showcasing craft and
design strategy
Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate team dynamics
Curiosity about AI's impact on design and problem-solving
Experience with design architecture and design systems
