A company is looking for a Head of Motion Design to define and
lead its motion identity and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the motion identity, establishing foundational
principles for brand expression
Bring campaigns to life through standout motion design across
various media and marketing activations
Hire and lead a team of motion designers/editors to scale motion as
a discipline within marketing
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in motion design across brand, agency, or
media environments
Proven portfolio showcasing exceptional storytelling in motion
Experience developing motion systems and toolkits for brands
Strong hands-on skills in After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and
knowledge of 3D or mixed media workflows
Natural leader with the ability to hire, mentor, and inspire a
high-performing team
