Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Procurement Buyer to support
procurement activities related to IT spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate contracts and proposals, supporting
negotiations and promoting cost-saving initiatives
Manage mid-level IT suppliers and Value-Added Resellers while
developing reporting to track procurement statistics
Assist in processing procurement requests and maintain records of
products and services acquired
Required Qualifications
1-5+ years of applicable experience in procurement or related
fields
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Experience with IT spend categories such as SAAS, PAAS, and
Telecom
Familiarity with procurement processes and ERP systems
Ability to analyze industry prices and trends
