DescriptionPresenting and selling the VIP Membership for Grand Pacific Resort's, Hilton Grand Vacations Club at MarBrisa.Offers the VIP membership program to guests who have attended the sales presentation. Commits to and follows the proven sales process, presents the membership package, follows guidelines and asks for the Guest's business. Commits to the company's culture, operating policies, procedures, sales process and customer service guidelines.* Presents a professional sales representation of Hilton Grand Vacations products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals* Represents the product and the company in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity* Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times* Prepares the sales worksheets (and all other legally required documentation) accurately for timely submission to Contracts department* Upholds all brand standards of the Grand Pacific Resorts/Hilton Grand Vacations product being sold.* Able to work both individually and on a team of Sales professionals to achieve goals* Must attend departmental sales trainings and meetings as requiredQualificationsRequirements* Must be able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays* High School graduate or equivalent, 2 year college (associate) degree preferred* Branded Vacation Ownership experience a plus* Proven track record in the sale of luxury-tier goods or services a plus
