This is a fully in-office role in San Diego . The Opportunity You will step into an environment where attorneys are trusted early, trained closely, and given hands-on litigation experience from day one. Workloads ebb and flow based on case posture, so adaptability and drive are essential. What you will do: Handle all phases of plaintiff-side employment and complex civil litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial Collaborate directly with senior trial attorneys on strategy Contribute to novel legal theories and emerging areas of law Manage deadlines in a fast-moving, results-oriented practice Who This Role Is Built For This firm is open-minded about background and career stage.
