Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Counsel to join its legal
team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support to internal teams by identifying issues in
contracts and communicating risks
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and healthcare
contracts
Research legal issues and prepare legal memoranda and
correspondence
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school
Bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction
At least 1-3 years of prior in-house or law firm experience
