Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on regulatory insurance matters and support
product development initiatives
Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislative and
regulatory requirements
Advise on insurance-related marketing campaigns and manage
regulatory inquiries and audits
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of experience as a licensed attorney in the insurance
industry
Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
Experience interpreting U.S. state insurance laws
Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical
guidance
Experience in a technology or SaaS-driven environment is a plus
