Job Description:
A company is looking for a Securities Counsel - SEC & Blue Sky
Compliance (Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on securities compliance matters, including private
placements and Form D filings
Conduct Blue Sky analysis for securities issuances across multiple
states
Ensure accurate filings and compliance with federal and state
securities laws
Required Qualifications
10+ years of legal experience focused on securities law and
compliance
Proven experience with state-by-state Blue Sky analysis and related
filings
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing (New York or D.C.
preferred)
Prior experience at a top-tier law firm or highly regarded
boutique
