Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Client Contracts)
to provide legal support and counseling for client agreements and
related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on client-related issues, ensuring
alignment with company policies
Collaborate with departments to draft, negotiate, and review client
contracts, participating in negotiations as needed
Support dispute resolution and recommend improvements to
contractual templates and processes
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer,
preferably in clinical development
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
Comprehensive knowledge of corporate business practices and
contracting models
Ability to counsel and interact with mid-level and senior
executives
