Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage active
litigation matters across various legal areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-litigation disputes and active litigation matters,
including contract and business-to-business issues
Conduct fact investigations and prepare discovery-related responses
for litigation and regulatory engagements
Collaborate with business units and external counsel to provide
updates and navigate favorable solutions in litigation matters
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a law firm, in-house, or government
attorney role
Experience in complex commercial litigation, including areas such
as class actions and regulatory investigations
Ability to provide practical advice that balances legal risk with
business impact
JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good
standing
Proven track record of managing projects independently from start
to finish
