Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business
requirements
Support data migration and integration management to ensure smooth
transitions
Conduct testing and provide user training to ensure effective
adoption of solutions
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
3+ years of experience with App Engine
1+ years of experience leading teams in an Agile environment
Experience interfacing technical concepts to diverse audiences
