Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Specialist- Junior.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including
form design and workflow creation
Customize ServiceNow modules to fit specific business needs,
including incident and change management
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other
systems or platforms
Required Qualifications:
Proven ServiceNow experience (3 years)
Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies (3 years)
Working knowledge of relational databases (3 years)
Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, and JavaScript
(3 years)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment (3 years)
