Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of quarterly consolidated financial
statements and disclosures in compliance with GAAP
Research and evaluate technical accounting issues and monitor the
implementation of new accounting standards
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on technical
accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience
in Netsuite preferred
In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
regulations
Experience with financial reporting and M&As preferred
