Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to lead and support payroll delivery across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee US payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
Lead client onboarding for payroll services, including system
configuration and go-live support
Monitor changes in payroll legislation and drive continuous
improvement initiatives for payroll processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in US payroll, preferably in a BPO
or multi-client environment
In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax laws
and regulatory compliance
Experience in client-facing roles with strong implementation and
onboarding capabilities
Strong experience with payroll systems configuration is a plus
Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical aptitude
