Radiologist Evening Shift Role Schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off
Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PT Workload: Remote majority of time,
on-site only during rare system downtime Call: None Compensation:
Base Salary: $592,997 wRVU Bonus: $13.13 per wRVU over 11,229
Value-Based Incentive: Up to 5% of base salary Estimated Total
Comp: ~$675,000 at ~14,000 wRVUs Extra Shifts: $440–$550/hour
Other: 2-year shareholder track available Ideal For: Physicians

Shift Role Schedule: Monday–Friday 13 weekend call days/year Work
