Job Description Southern California Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine
physician Provider has an interest in Medication-assisted treatment
or substance use disorder (SUD) treatment Outpatient clinic M-F-
9am- 5pm (No call) Provide direct patient care to individuals and
families in a FQHC setting Minimum of 3 years of experience
providing direct patient care in a primary care setting preferred
Providers in the group- MD, NP, PA Provide supervision for PAs/NPs
EMR- NextGen Census/Patient volume- Approximately- 5000-6000
primary care patients Ages seen 6 months and older Conditions seen
include- primary care, pediatric experience, substance use disorder
Due to the patient population- bilingual in Asian language (Korean
or Chinese), or Spanish J1 and H1 visa candidates considered
Organization Information: $250K and above depending on experience
