Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility
for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role is responsible for
the supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The
role is accountable for supporting the nursing leadership to ensure
high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The nurse will be
responsible for the competency of clinical staff and appropriate
