Job Description Job Description Aspire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our corporate team as an MDS Coordinator (Willing to Train). This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants to transition off the floor into a back-office nursing role with flexible hours, structured training, and long-term growth in skilled nursing. No prior MDS experience is required — we are willing to train the right RN who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the MDS/RAI process. Responsibilities: Learn and complete MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and RAI guidelines Assist with care plans and interdisciplinary coordination Review clinical documentation to support accurate assessments Work closely with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams Support PDPM accuracy and compliance Maintain organized, timely, and accurate documentation Participate in audits and quality initiatives as trained Qualifications: Active RN license in New Jersey required Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Comfortable working in a corporate role Willingness to learn MDS/RAI and PDPM systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Why This Role: corporate nursing position Flexible hours Willing to train and support your transition into MDS Stable nursing home environment Opportunity for long-term growth in MDS and reimbursement IND456
