Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health
Intake Therapist (Virtual) - 1099 Independent Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12
students and their parent/guardian
Collaborate with other therapists to ensure smooth transitions into
services
Provide culturally relevant counseling and maintain relationships
with school personnel and families
Required Qualifications
Licensed without restrictions as a Licensed Independent Social
Worker (LISW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed in Iowa for a minimum of 3 years
Additional license in specified states or eligibility to apply for
one immediately
Willingness to be enrolled by the company with insurance
companies
Possess knowledge of treatment strategies for children's mental
health needs
