A company is looking for a Care Advocate - Registered Nurse in

Key Responsibilities
Educate and empower members about their personalized benefits and
optimize their journey
Onboard new members by capturing demographics, confirming
eligibility, and providing detailed benefit information
Provide ongoing concierge service and address member inquiries via
telephone, email, and secure messaging
Required Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse based in Pennsylvania
2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably
in healthcare or insurance
Ability to manage evolving priorities and multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures is a
plus
Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
