Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on healthcare operational and transactional
matters, including risk management and compliance
Supervise and collaborate with the legal team while preparing and
revising corporate documents
Coordinate with outside counsel and serve as a subject matter
expert during periods of high growth
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with experience in
health law
6+ years of experience with a national law firm in
healthcare-related corporate matters
6+ years of experience in a healthcare environment performing legal
services for health systems or providers
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion in a
fast-paced environment
