Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Lead for a new venture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of evidence-based clinical
workflows and oversee program quality metrics
Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to
interdisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality care
delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to enhance clinical
workflows and track performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
MD dual boarded in psychiatry and family medicine or internal
medicine preferred, with active clinical licensure in relevant
states
5+ years of experience in behavioral health, integrated care, or
population health management
3+ years of leadership experience overseeing interdisciplinary
teams and quality improvement initiatives
Experience working with managed care organizations (MCOs) and
understanding value-based care models
Demonstrated experience in launching or scaling clinical programs
in healthcare settings
