Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychiatrist to join their
Collaborative Care Team and optimize mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation to behavioral health care managers on patient
caseloads, focusing on treatment plans and medication
recommendations
Oversee patient population health and manage treatment adjustments
through a dedicated caseload management system
Deliver training for primary care providers on recognizing and
treating behavioral health conditions
Required Qualifications
Licensed psychiatrist in California or Massachusetts
Ability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours
Experience with primary care psychiatry or consultation-liaison
psychiatry
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team
setting
Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude
