Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Supplier
Relationship Management (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate supplier governance, including chairing meetings and
maintaining oversight tools
Manage operational performance improvements through root cause
analysis and process standardization
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business
requirements and support supplier innovation initiatives
Required Qualifications
BS/BA required; advanced technical degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of applicable drug development operations
experience, global experience preferred
Experience in key clinical operational functions to enable
meaningful dialogue with partners
Experience in Alliance/Partnership excellence and process
improvement
Experience with financial management, negotiation, and conflict
resolution
