Job Description:
A company is looking for a Survey Project Manager for Alumni
Surveys in Education (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Administer alumni surveys from onboarding to data delivery, serving
as a strategic partner
Guide institutions in interpreting survey data and planning actions
based on insights
Manage survey progress, ensure client schedules are met, and
identify opportunities for program improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career
services, or assessment
Proficiency in Excel and experience with survey administration
tools like Qualtrics or Alchemer
Strong ability to use data for storytelling and decision-making
Experience building trusted relationships with clients and
understanding their needs
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain
attention to detail
