Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director, Medical Affairs
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the integrated medical affairs strategy and
plan for ziftomenib in collaboration with the brand planning
team
Lead the creation and execution of medical affairs launch readiness
and plans in partnership with commercial team members
Oversee the development of evidence generation strategy and manage
relationships with external stakeholders, including advisory
boards
Required Qualifications
Masters or Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in a life-sciences
discipline with 12+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical
industry
7+ years of medical strategy experience, preferably in hematologic
oncology or solid tumors
Experience in launching products within the US market is strongly
preferred
Proven track record of developing impactful US medical plans
aligned with asset or brand strategies
Experience in a matrix environment, collaborating with various
functional groups
