A company is looking for a Director of Care Operations to
oversee operations supporting clinicians, schools, and families in
a telehealth platform focused on mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
Build and oversee Provider Support and School Support functions
Manage a team of 20 in Care Coordination and ensure quality metrics
are met
Implement strategic vision and process improvements for Care
Operations
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of operations experience, particularly in healthcare or
customer support
Experience building customer support functions and implementing
ticketing systems
Proven ability to automate workflows and implement AI solutions
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
decision-making
Ability to navigate and thrive in a rapidly growing startup
environment
